A Message from the Directors The interests of our customers; our people and our communities are at the centre of everything we do and this is particularly important during this challenging time. With this in mind, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that we are putting in place robust measures designed to make health and safety a top priority whilst ensuring that our customers and staff can still continue to build relationships. Northumbria Cars have always had the ability to satisfy any customer requirements remotely. In many cases our customers do not have to come to our premises. Applications and subsequent paperwork can all be done using our up to date technology. When the agreement is completed we can then deliver the vehicle to the customers home address.. We do understand that this does not suit everyone. If a potential customer would prefer to come to our premises, then this too is an option. By booking an appointment to come to our site; we will as a company ensure that this will be as quick and safe a process as possible. All of our staff are being monitored closely with regard to their own health. As you will appreciate we are a small family run business; so their health is of utmost priority both for the member of staff, their own families and of course subsequently our customers. All our vehicles are cleaned to the highest of standards; but with the onset of COVID-19 we are placing even more strident attention to each and every vehicle that leaves us; customer bound.
